Return, Exchange And Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Minoco! We hope you love your purchase, and every item is carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange process.
Please note: all return or replacement approvals are at the discretion of Minoco.
When Can You Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund?
Your order is eligible under the following circumstances:

You received a wrong item or a product that does not match the description on our website.

The product has a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or arrives damaged.

The package is missing accessories or parts.

The product quality is not satisfactory.
If your order meets any of these points, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting your request, please:

Share your Order ID using our WhatsApp support options or email.

Upload 4–5 clear images showing the product and its original packaging.

Ensure that the product is in its original condition, with the original packaging and tags intact.
For any damage, wrong item, or defect claims, photos/videos of the product and packaging are mandatory.
All returned items must be unused and sent back with complete packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
If a genuine defect is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or provide a refund in the form of Store Credit/Gift Cards.
Store credit will be issued within 7–10 working days after the returned product is picked up and received at our facility.
If a replacement is not available, we will notify you and issue a refund or credit coupon for the same value.
If the package looks tampered, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed for dispatch.

Once packing begins, the cancellation option will no longer be available.

You can cancel your order through the Orders section; the Cancel button will disappear once the order is packed.

Refunds for cancelled orders take 7–10 business days to reflect.
If an item is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your order, a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeframe

Reverse pickups are arranged within 4–5 working days from the date of your request.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched 4–5 working days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds for Prepaid & COD Orders

Refunds are issued only as Minoco Store Credits/Gift Cards.

These credits can be used on your next purchase at minoco.in.

Refunds are processed only after we physically receive and inspect the returned product.
